We are pleased to announce the opening of the Indoor Gym which is located at Tower 2, 1st Floor, Amenity Area. Members/Residents can use the gym equipment starting May 30, 2023.

Hi.  I am a Centera resident, unit owner and tenant.  I developed this website for safekeeping important matters about my residency in this condominium property.  It is my personal and sincere hope that others could benefit from it as well.   Centera stakeholders are free to set up an account in this website.

I also tried to develop a "proof-of-concept" issue tracking system that is also hosted here.  It is basically what is primarily written in the About page of this website.
