Welcome, Centera Stakeholders

Hi.  I am a Centera resident, unit owner and tenant.  I developed this website for safekeeping important matters about my residency in this condominium property.  It is my personal and sincere hope that others could benefit from it as well.   Centera stakeholders are free to set up an account in this website.

I also tried to develop a "proof-of-concept" issue tracking system that is also hosted here.  It is basically what is primarily written in the About page of this website.

For now, I will try to put up links and information that can be considered useful, relevant and handy in the context of living and engaging in the condominium complex and taking part in its surrounding community.  And in saying that, I am aiming to achieve the following goals:

1. Archive Centera condominium related documentation, memorabilia and other historical artifacts.
2. Provide a supplemental/common events communications venue for activities related to the growth and development of the condominium complex, in general.
3. Provide a closed-circuit social space for the expression and exchange of ideas and concerns to promote wellness, peace, fellowship and harmony among the various stakeholders in the Centera community.
