CCITS stands for Centera Community Issue Tracking System.

This information and communications technology (ICT) system is a quick and dirty issue tracking service implementation for Avida Towers Centera Condominium owners and residents.  This has been developed in a voluntary manner and is hosted and managed in a personal capacity by a Tower 4 resident using their own resources and volunteer effort for servicing the condominium community of patrons.
